Rockhaggis oatcake biscuits

I was in my local co-op the other day and noticed a packet of oatmeal in the cheap rack. Had a brain wave to make Traditional Scottish Oatcakes - back home got on the Internet and looked up recipes ....... uggghhhh so boring !!! So I beefed mine up.… more »
