May 1st 2010 is set for the start of my journey across the Last Colony. A journey of self discovery, a challenge of huge proportions for me and hopefully an experience to rival any before. From the sea, along the shore and maybe a little way inland, I will explore what food bounty nature has to offer!Using all my culinary know how attempt to impress you with my camp tucker! :)
